Absolute Titanium Design is proud to announce a new development in the evolution of advanced metal jewelry making. Absolute Design Studios are now offering most of their styles also in the metal Zirconium. Zirconium is an advanced metal from the reactive metal family, used mainly in areas where resistance to corrosion and/or friction reins supreme, such, e.g., nuclear reactors, chemical industries and in body implants. This explains also its hypoallergenic properties when properly finished. In particular, its hematite like black form, achieved through a unique process -- a result of lengthy experimental period--is most attractive in its smooth regal appearance, reminiscent of Tahitian pearls. Black Zirconium's surface is one of the most scratch resistant materials known to man, barely scratchable by a diamond.
